Portfolio Redesign

This site. A dark, grid-based editorial system built on the Next.js App Router with a minimal dependency footprint — almost all styling and motion is CSS. It pairs an animated index, a numbered section system, a full-screen menu overlay, and markdown-driven blog and case-study content. It doubles as the lab where the design language, typography, and interaction grammar for every other project gets rehearsed.

More detailed notes — architecture, decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes — get published here as the project matures, alongside source code and live deployments.
